We spent over 1-year searching for the perfect house and another 5-months after we signed to close the deal (this ordeal is uncommon in the Bay Area, where houses sell like hotcakes, and was entirely due to delays and a lack of communication and transparency from the seller side). To say Sharon went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. She would make house calls at 9pm to bring me the necessary paperwork to sign so that she can make an 8am deadline in the morning.
